Initial Charm Commission

I was recently contacted by a lovely new client, who wanted to have a replacement made for her daughter’s lost Links of London initial charm. Usually I would never even consider making a copy of someone else’s work, but (a) Links no longer make these and (b) they may have been somewhat, shall we say, ‘inspired’ by a couple of my designs back in the day before they went into administration, so I figured the balance of the universe would be cool with it!

She sent me an old photograph of the lost charm and I drew it out as accurately as I possibly could and offered some size options. Apparently it was spot on, so I proceeded to cut the initial from heavyweight recycled eco-silver sheet, carve the edges and polish to a perfect shiny finish.
